- Handles and develops the market Saint-Gobain Solution in Lebanon.
- Maintains relationship with existing customers through regular review visits.
- Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all product ranges, their specifications and prices.
- Visits potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
- Identifies customers’ needs and requirements.
- Ensures that customers are supplied with proper product quantities and that replenishments are made in due time.
- Assists the Sales Manager in sales forecasts.
- Answers, in a timely manner, to all clients’ requests for information, offers, and product claims.
- Ensures the sales target is achieved according to set plans and forecasts.
- Makes sure all sales dues are collected within the agreed period.
- Reports all information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, and the results of the marketing programs to the Sales Manager.
- Prepares Sales offers as per the price list and delivery schedule.
- Sells products and makes recommendations to clients based on the various solutions the company provides through its products.
- Participates in the monthly sales meetings.
- Reports on weekly basis to the Sales manager on sales activities.
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering.
- Up to two years of experience in a similar position.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Customer oriented and dynamic person.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to cope with stress and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to drive with a valid driving license.
